Exciting new additions to CSIRoad for the first half of 2011

CSIRoad has now released integration with PeopleNet’s PACOS geofencing and automated dispatch functionality. With this integration, CSIRoad takes advantage of all route planning and real-time dispatch functions driven by the PeopleNet onboard unit.

For our intermodal customers, a Container Street Turn option has been added to dispatch, which will allow the user to find the best option for the pickup of empty containers.

To make quarterly payroll reporting even easier, the 941 Report has been formatted to fill in and display data using the current Federal 941 report.

For Auto Haulers:

A dealer listing option has been added, which would allow the user to see the number of vehicles in inventory by dealer.

An Aging Days column has been added to the Dispatch screen. This column will show the number of days a vehicle has been sitting at the ramp.

Users are allowed to enter vehicle inspection information, such as damages, during the delivery of an order.

CSIRoad has integrated with Ford Motor Company’s COPAC system to allow users to send vehicle inspection data.

Options have been added to allow users to mark VINs with a status of Hold or hot.

A create order option has been added to the Vehicle Entry screen. This feature will take the selected rows of VINs and create an order with the same bill to, pickup, and delivery location. This will automatically create a valid order, post to dispatch, and notify the user what the load number is.

Driver Schedule Calendar - Allows you to enter driver vacation, time off, etc., and plot it out on an easy to view format. This updates dispatch with the driver status.

eQuote/eCommerce interface - Allow your customers to enter load requests through the web and pay for moves using direct pay systems like PayPal.
